Distility  Toronto branding agency  Working with owner / founder Axle Davids to help launch new business venture. Focus on web site SEO and inbound marketing.
ProGrid Evaluation Solutions
Canadian consulting firm specializing in decision support methodologies and software. 
Working with CEO Fraser Barnes and web designer Dave Cooper to relaunch corporate web site, including refined messaging and positioning.  Developed marketing plan and content for two new sites: a software sales site and a community site. Developed a marketing, messaging and positioning framework to integrate all three sites.
ACT II STUDIO
Theatre school for 50-plus beginners through professionals.  
Member of the Publicity Committee. Working to launch a new website to support both the ACT II school and its health research-based touring shows. (Note: The link above is NOT to the new site, which has not been launched.) Set up CRM system to manage mail outs, track students, members, donors, media, etc. Working to establish a formal brand for the studio, separate from Ryerson University and the Chang School of Continuing Education. Brand must reflect core values and appeal to new and returning students alike.

  • Oversaw QA department tasked with ensuring that code libraries, desktop applications, hand-held devices and tamper-resistant computer components met performance, reliability and security requirements for use in government, financial and industry applications
  • Wrote and delivered a paper for the 1999 IEEE Professional Communications Conference on narrative design principles in user documentation
